If you're looking to reset and refresh I highly recommend taking a trip down to Elements Wellness. On the ruggid coast of West Cork you have stunning views of the sea from the Sauna which is spacious yet cosy. Great place to meet like minded people and they also serve a lovely coffee after where you can have a chat! Couldn't recommend this place more 🙂
