Founded by a passionate team of four individuals, our mission is to share the rejuvenating power of nature with the world. Offering a trifecta of relaxation, our service combines traditional Finnish saunas with custom-built commercial Plunge pools /ice baths and an on-site coffee truck serving artisanal brews from West Cork Coffee.
Our wellness experiences are carefully crafted to provide a holistic approach to relaxation and rejuvenation.
